Details →Spring Valley is a mix — older established streets, newer infill, and rolling terrain that rarely gives you a perfectly level run. Most of our Spring Valley work is practical rather than decorative: replacing back-yard privacy fence that has hit the end of its service life, securing side yards, and building gates that actually latch. Wood, vinyl, iron, and chain link are all installed here.
The rolling ground means very few Spring Valley runs are dead flat, so stepping or racking to grade is the norm. Housing stock varies enough that two houses on the same street can need completely different approaches. Being inland, summer sun is strong — the same argument for vinyl or for sealing wood promptly applies here as it does in Santee and El Cajon.

It depends entirely on material, footage, access, and how much demolition comes first. Rather than guess, we will give you a realistic schedule with the written estimate so you know what to expect.
Usually yes. Sagging gates are typically a post, hinge, or frame problem rather than a fence problem. We reset posts, rehang on hardware rated for the leaf weight, and square up the frame. Replacing the whole fence for a bad gate is rarely necessary.
Yes, galvanized and black vinyl-coated. It is the most economical way to enclose a long run or a large area, and privacy slats or windscreen can be added where you want more cover.
